The boots are size 11, but they fit me just fine and I wear 11-1/2. If you're interested shoot me an offer, the worst I can say is no and then possibly come back with a counter offer. I'm 5'11" and it didn't touch the ground when I had it on with just the vest. It's about 56in from the back of the neck down. I will not be customizing the costume in any way for sale to anyone, so please keep that in mind. After purchase I will not be accepting a return. You can definitely have the outfit altered to fit you. I don't know who does this or how much it costs, I just know it can be done.
