The city of Los Angeles was built around the hotel, which was built in 1912. DETAILS: This professionally made print measures 11 X 14 inches with a one inch border. It is signed and dated in pencil on the bottom right. The limited edition number and title are in pencil on the bottom left. The title and other information is written on the back. This print comes in a limited edition of 250. SHIPPING: This print will come in a plastic sleeve and will be shipped with care between two thick card boards with tracking information and insurance. I sell original art and prints! About the artist: Kristi Cavett Jones was raised by artistic parents, both having art degrees. Her father has placed (numerous times) in the top tenth percentile in state and federal duck stamp art contests, and her mother has sold work at a local gallery. Kristi studied art at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts (NOAFA), and is also self-taught. She has sold work at local shows and galleries, and has exhibited in shows and galleries in New Orleans and in northwest Caddo Parish, including Smith Mason Legacies, Centenary College's Meadows Museum of Art and Magale Library, Artspace in downtown Shreveport, and Norsworthy Gallery. In 2011, she was awarded a visual arts grant from the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC). In 2015, she was commissioned to create 29 paintings for the new University Medical Center in New Orleans. She is a member of Louisiana Artists, Inc. and the Hoover Watercolor Society. Her art can be found in Shreveport Trading Company in Shreveport.
