Spline cover has much of the top part chipped off. The paper covering the binding between the front and back covers and the first and last page has split causing the front cover to be slightly loose at the top and exposing the binding straps to the back cover. There are 2 owners names written on the first title page. After that, the rest of the book looks free of any marks or writing.
