Blalock Pres Click images to enlarge Description Up for sale is a very nice vintage letter from The Fulton National Bank in Atlanta, Georgia signed by William J. Blalock as the president of the bank. The size is 8 3/8 " x 11 ", it is in excellent condition, just the normal folds, has an illustration of Robert Fulton, and would be a great addition to an Atlanta, bank, or ephemera collection.
