I would have rated it as very good if not for the short inscription on the front blank page. The dust jacket is in acceptable condition. The book shows signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine edge fading, light spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, light spine upper/lower edge rub/push, and yellowing of pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/light edge creasing, very light rub soil, slight inside tanning, and slight fading/rub fade. The outer corners are rubbed with one split about 5/16". The spine lower front corner is split about 1/2". The front top edge has a tear of about 1 1/8". The spine top edge has a tear of about 5/16". The spine lower edge has a tear of about 1/4" with creasing from. The back lower edge has a tear of about 1/4". The back top edge has a small chip. The back top edge has tears of 3/8", 5/16", and 1/2" with creasing from. The back inside flap has a corner crease. Tiny edge chips here and there.
