Condition of the book is fair with moderate plus wear/scuffing, moderate edge/corner bumping. Front hinge is starting to crack towards the bottom but still solid, rear hinge solid. Binding is tight. No unwanted writing, notations, or bookplate. Large fold-out map at the front is detached and laid-in (missing piece from map attached to book), fold-out map towards the middle of the book torn in the fold (see photo).
