Sisters Mandi and Debi Laek released their first single, "American Boys", which reached number seven on the UK Independent Chart, while touring extensively in the UK and Europe with The Proclaimers. They have used various session musicians and their lineups have included Bruce Foxton from The Jam, Bill Nelson from Be-Bop Deluxe, Chris Bostock from JoBoxers and drummer Steve J Jones, who had worked with a number of artists, including the UK Subs. This vinyl record by The Rhythm Sisters titled "Road To Roundhay Pier" is a must-have for fans of the folk-pop genre. The first pressing of this import LP comes in a cardboard sleeve with a black vinyl material and a catalog number of REDLP 87. The cover and record are both in very good plus (VG+) condition, making it a great addition to any collection. The album includes songs produced by Billy Byford and showcases the band's acoustic and folk style. Get your hands on this classic record from the 1980s today! -- As a former record store owner, I have a lot of experience with vinyl. All used vinyl is inspected closely, play tested and rated conservatively and accurately. I am also a huge music fan and I know how disappointing it is to get a record that was not graded properly. Most used vinyl comes in a anti-static inner sleeve and the original inner sleeve is kept inside the cover. Records are shipped outside the cover to prevent splitting during shipping in a poly-bag. If you wish to combine shipping please let me combine the items and adjust the invoice before you pay.
