The Heritage Press, New York published the book special copyright 1961. It is Bussacco Heritage Press catalog number BHP-27-1 and was issued June 1962. The interior is in near fine condition. The pages are tight and clean. There are no tears. Nearthe top right corner of the front left end paper is the date “September 1962”. The cover is in very good condition. There is darkening of the spine. The slipcase is in very good condition. There is fading and the bottom right edge is split 3” starting at the opening. For over 65 years, the slipcase has protected the book and should continue to do so for decades to come. The book is 7 1/8” x 10 1/2” tall and 355 pages. Fletcher Martin created 12 full-page full-color plates and 2 double spreads. He has also created 16 smaller b & w line drawings.
