There are signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine fading, light soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower end rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge light soil, a couple of edge nicks, and browning of pages. Back cover lower edge has small edge paper chip. Cover show several white scuff, scratch, or chaff spots. Spine upper and lower edges show small splits. Previous owner names on front end page. Front cover lower outer corner rubbed enough to show board. Cover page shows edge chip measuring about 7/16" wide by 3/32" deep. Hinges are not visible. Spine and hinges are in great shape. All pages are intact with no creasing and no additional marks noted. This book measures 8" x 5 1/2" x 1". Note about the seller – I am not selling books as much as I am sharing in a passion.
