I’m selling as is. There isn’t anything missing from the set. The main map has some very sorry doodling on the back, fold wear, some doodling on the front of the map. There are houses that I marked in red on the main map. Coffee was spilt on the main map. The box has split corners and wear and is kind of squashed. If you are looking for a pristine set I don’t have it. I spent many hours with my players in Sanctuary, which is rich in characters and stories, if you’ve read the books you know.
