Description: 2004 Thomas Kinkade, Year of Glad Tidings Flag Collection featuring "Happy Fourth of July". This flag is double-sided, mirror image and measures approximately 28"X40". It is preowned and looks like thumb tacks were used to display it. There is some damage/discolored pin holes to the 2 top corners of the flag where the tack was placed between the two fabric layers.
