This is the Small US Navy Blimp, I think these were made in the early 1960s, but not sure of the exact date, but it is the brass over plastic style, so very old, so selling as such. ** This type of charm was typically found in a vending machine and you would drop a nickel or a dime in the slot and hope the prize you wanted came out. Although we have found a few of these, they are pretty rare in this condition. These are metal plated plastic, Well made by gumball standards, but not very durable, so selling as collectible only. Warning: certainly not meant for children anymore, as these are very small and could be a choking Hazard. This is a brass base color with a loop at the top that could have been for a charm bracelet or pendant. These are new old stock (NOS) and in excellent shape and is new old stock, this is nice, Not perfect, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect.. These are for adult collectors and should not be Given TO SMALL Children under any circumstances.
