Description: This is a 1981 Tokai PB40 Hard Puncher with a Candy Apple Red finish. This P-bass was possibly a custom order with its rare Maple board and matching headstock. It has the original headstock shape, as well, before they were forced to change it to a more angular style. It's in great shape with a couple dings here and there and is currently setup with flats. Its pickguard has been changed. This one feels shockingly similar to its American counter-part, sounds awesome, and frankly, puts a lot of P's to shame.
