Easy Operability & User-friendly Design: A 45° feed tray and an extended food pushier ensure large food capacity for consistent slicing. An axle sleeve added to the bearings ensures more stability, especially when slicing hard food. The carriage extension can make up to 5-1/2” of space between the pressure plate and the cutting blade for slicing larger chunks of food. Easy to Clean：A large gap of 1” behind the blade makes cleaning easy. A waterproof ring prevents water from entering the machine during cleaning ensuring better safety.
