It is complete WITH ACCESSORY and packaged. The package is the Gentle Lamb package due to this piece being a Package Sample. At this stage, Kenner was more interested in the final figure and how it was packaged inside the normal standard box. The next step would be samples in the correct Treatheart Pig box, but I suspect it was cancelled before that was finalized. This rare and unique item is a boxed prototype of a poseable figure featuring Treat Heart Pig, a beloved character from the Care Bears franchise. The figure is made by Kenner and is a one-of-a-kind creation, featuring special, never-before-seen sealed in package with accessory that makes this a true collector's item. Figure is mint and complete. Final production sample still tied down with the original Treat Heart Pig insert. The side of the box tape was cut so the insert could be checked by an employee and slight wear & tear shown in images. Verified by a long time collector that this is the only one in the world.
