These motors have been rebuilt and have new brushes and springs installed Rebuilt meaning: taken apart, cleaned, checked, tested and shimmed for correct running operation During the rebuild I take the motors apart and check for worn parts, replace anything that’s needs it, install new brushes and springs, then test for operation. This includes changing the bearings/bushings if worn past factory specs.
