For application, the large socket can be used for 4” through 24” fittings and ¾” hex bolts with heavy hex. The smaller one can be used for 3” MJ fittings, cast couplings, clamps and tapping sleeves. On the other hand, the Trumbull 7/8” and ¾” Double Socket Ratchet Wrench w/ Yellow Grip fits 9/16” standard & ½” heavy and ½” standard & 7/16” heavy hex sizes. It is usually used for 6” – 12” Hymax and other couplings with ½” heavy hex (large socket) and 1 ½” – 4” Hymax couplings, 1 ½” – 24 MaxiFit (small socket). Lastly, the Trumbull 1-1/8” and 15/16” Double Socket Ratchet Wrench w/ Green Grip fits ¾” standard and 5/8” standard hex sizes. It is used for ¾ flange bolts with standard hex (large socket) and 5/8” flange bolt with standard hex, 14” through 24” Hymax Couplings. These double socket ratchets, along with an O.D. tape and a carrying case, are also available in the 3-Wrench Set.
