Description: Brazilian tulipwood fretboard blank/lumber or inlay martial. Nice color beautiful piece. It measures 3/8" x 3" x 23". They were "kiln dried" When I acquired these boards, that was 40 years ago. They have been kept indoors ever since.This is a type of rosewood that the trees only get around 6-10in in diameter it is very difficult to get good blanks from this type of wood. It is a very straight and stable piece of wood and will finish beautifully. There is some very slight tear out on the underside from planning this board, see the second picture.The top of this board is perfect and will make a beautiful finger boardThe pictures show the exact piece of wood you will get.
