Description: Condition Continued: NOT ex-library. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. You can see the dust jacket in the first three photos. It's pretty clean, a little handling soiling or darkening. There are a few spots on the white part of the rear flap. There are small losses at the corners, also a chip at the bottom edge of the spine, not reaching the lettering. There is a small tear off the top edge of the front, a small tear off the bottom edge of the rear. The bottom corner of the front flap is clipped. However the price is at the top corner. I've had the dust jacket in a fitted protective cover for as long as I've owned the book. Note that the front cover and spine of the jacket and book are identical. Harper & Row, New York, Evanston, and London, 1968. Hardcover in Dust Jacket. Written by Maia Wojciechowska. Stated First Edition. This is a very unique offering. I was unable to find one other non-library first edition of this book for sale anywhere on the Internet. The author, Maia Wojciechowska, had won a Newbery Award in 1965 for her children's book Shadow Of A Bull.
