Description: For sale is 20 AC126 Germanium transistors made by Tungsram in Hungary. These devices did not meet my specifications to use in Fuzz Face style pedals, but they are perfect for other types like the Tone Bender Mk. 1 or Zonk Machine which require moderate leakage. Each piece was teated on my LCR tester as well as by the RG Keen method and both readings were within tolerances. Although these have been tested as good, they are being sold as is and no returns will be accepted for this item. The readings fell between 140 -350 hfe and 500-900 microamps of leakage. Some of these are a little dirty and have some corrosion on the leads, which is not unusual for 50+ year old parts, but they should be fantastic for high gain fuzz madness.
