The Medium is 7 3/4" overall and the Small is 7" overall. Lee River's chart [pic 4] is just the leather strip, not including the clasp... Embossed leather cuff, with a Celtic Triskele Charm. A simple magnetic closure snaps this cuff tight and locks in place on the wrist. Medium fits up to 7.5 inch wrist. Large is half an inch bigger. Small is a half inch smaller than Medium, so 1/2 inch between sizes – Unisex. The cuff is 1/2" wide, and the Celtic Triskele is 3/4" in diameter. NOTE: I cannot wear the Medium [up to 7.5"], too small, [but I do have large wrists], so need a Large, or 7 1/2 +". A woman I know, with admittedly thin wrists, needs a Small, or 6 1/2" cuff. So, those are the only 3 sizes in this cuff from Lee River Leather: Small, Medium, and Large.
