I think they need to rethink their box packaging. Otherwise this is a great product that will save you money. I was able to install the hardware in the afternoon by myself. Lifting the door without springs is the most difficult step in the install. Ask for help if you can for that step. The hardware looks of high quality and has all the components for the install. An impact wrench helps in the install but an old fashion wrench will work too. The best part of the install was the spring anchor component. I was originally going to use my existing bracket but the new spring anchor bracket is genius. The bracket allows you to tension the spring very easily by using leverage from a screw driver. Absolutely genius and safe. This one element made my garage door operate correctly because the springs can be properly placed under tension in the door open position.
