Description: Presenting this Unknown #8 Cast Iron Griddle - 9 inch This cooking surface of this griddle is in very nice condition and very smooth with no scratches or pitting. There are some slight blemished on the surface but will have no affect on how it performs. This griddle has undergone a meticulous cleaning process with electrolysis and lye. After being cleaned, three layers of seasoning, using a blend of grapeseed, avocado oil, and beeswax have been applied as a base. The griddle is now primed for cooking, though it's important to note that this cast iron is not completely non-stick yet, and it develops its non-stick properties over time.
