The manufacturer states that this pipe is from the #690 Filtered Assortment (which later became the Legend) and estimates that it was produced in the 1980s. There is some slight damage to the packaging, but the pipe appears to be in factory new condition. It is exceptionally rare to find an old cob like this unsmoked and still in the retail packaging.
