Prior to painting, this 80+ piece kit has had all of its 'sprue tab debris' removed during assembly. It comes beautifully painted as seen in a cream/white and red colour pallete. All of the outside of the building has numerous layers of shading and darker weathering shades, really making the building stand out aesthetically. The insides of the building have a 'single colour wash'. The main part (tiled area) of the roof is removable for figures and accessories to be placed inside the 2nd floor. The 2nd story can also be removed to allow figures to be placed in the ground floor area. We have also added detrius to the 'base'. The grey base colourway has been chosen to compliment our own Flagstone Gaming Mat (also available in our eBay shop). If you require a different coloured base (to match your gaming layout) please add your description in the 'comments' in the Check Out/Pay order area on purchase. Alternatively, message us to discuss.
