Description: U.S. Air Force Basic Pilot wings. 2" long (miniature size). Marked "1/20 SIL. FILLED S21" on the back indicating the wings were made by Harry Sugarman/Susco, Inc., San Antonio, TX. Wings have a clutch back. Wings may be post-Vietnam War era, possibly from the 1980s-1990s (however, it’s possible wings may be from 1967-1974 since they are 1/20 silver filled). Wings are in very good used condition with signs of age and wear, such as minor scratches, scrapes, abrasions, nicks, indentations, discoloration, and oxidation. One of the clutch back posts appears to be slightly bent. Wings are from the estate of a retired USAF colonel and command pilot. Please see photos, as they constitute part of the description.
