Sorry, I can't definitively confirm the signal standard of all tapes (I don't have a VCR to test them), but the storage cases or tape labels either specify NTSC or mention a USA-based distributor/production company and are therefore presumed NTSC. These tapes came from the now-defunct World of Speed Museum's collection and the cases have some form of catalog numbering handwritten inside. Please note these are all 23-33 years old. VHS as a media format is inherently inferior to more recent digital formats and these tapes might have playback signs of age such as grainy/fuzzy picture, sound distortion, tracking oddities, or film frame discoloration/fading. No odors, tape kinks, rattles, or tape casing chips/cracks. The storage cases are scuffed/scratched and occasionally have plastic sleeve damage. 1 storage case has SEVERE insert sleeve damage (the spine portion is completely gone) but an intact paper insert. Some printed inserts/cases have UV fading.
