Description: This radio has been produced since 1985 at the Minsk Production Association "Gorizont" plant. The history of the plant began in 1939, when equipment from the "Elektrit" radio plant in Vilnius (Lithuania) was transported to Minsk. In the 1960s, transistor radios began to gain popularity. In 1972 there was a strong explosion with a large number of casualties. The enterprise was restored, the Gorizont plant is still operating and has a full technological cycle: casting of body parts, production of foam packaging, installation of radio elements and final assembly. In very good condition radio Selena B-216 by Gorizont (1980s, USSR) is a rare radio device from the last series produced in Belarus during the USSR era.
