To prevent the griddle from warping: Avoid using large quantities of frozen food on a hot griddle griddle; extreme temperature changes will cause warping. Avoid preheating the griddle griddle too much, especially when cooking frozen foods, and use the burner to heat up slowly; not rapidly, otherwise, this solid material may be subject to thermal shock and cracking. When using the griddle, the temperature should no exceed 400 degrees, and if it is made of Teflon, do not exceed 350 degrees. For the cleaning, you need to wait until it is completely cooled down before cleaning, or wash it with warm water, please don't wash the griddle directly with a lot of cold water before it is cooled down.
