Also, if a VG+ record is very close to NM, I might use EX (Excellent). Used (opened) vinyls are sent with the inner sleeve outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. Additionally, if it's got a printed inner sleeve, I put it in a separate polylined sleeve so that the inner sleeve doesn't get seam splits either.
