In 1911 as a result of the Sherman Antitrust act, Vacuum Oil became independent again. "Vacuum Oil News" was published monthly in these "Non-Standard-Oil" years beginning in 1925 and ending in 1931 - which was the year when Standard Oil (Socony) merged into Vacuum-Socony Corp. - which made the newly formed company the 3rd largest oil company. There were other name changes throughout the decades - and It was not until 1966 that the company would be known as simply, Mobil Oil Corporation.Blanket condition notes: Part of a very well cared for collection of nearly every issue. The frame worthy cover and all pages are printed on quality treated / smooth paper stock. Showing barely any signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Cover may have light, if any foxing / staining. The center-fold sheet may be detached (only 6 out of about 60 were- but are in the same very good condition as all other pages) No major issues to note. Overall, in very good condition.
