GROUND Just like roasting gives flavor to coffee beans, grinding determines coffee taste at the moment of preparation. Grinding has a significant impact on coffee brewing. It’s paramount to know how to combine coffee grind consistency with the selected preparation method, in order to extract the ideal flavor of roasted beans. The finer the coffee ground is, the slower the speed of water will be, resulting in a coffee with more body and flavor. ENCAPSULATION Our packaging technology and quality is consistent with the unique properties of our capsules. Bestpresso capsules have a temperature migration certification, i.e. when the material is in contact with hot water, it does not lose its properties or leave any particles that could alter flavor. CONTROL ON SITE DURING ALL ROASTING STAGES We conduct a first control where freshly harvested coffee is tasted; after it has been left to brew, we are ready to perform a pre-shipment tasting; and once the coffee arrives, prior to roasting, it is tasted again to verify that there was no alteration. Then, following the tasting sheet, we carry out a meteorological control, sensory impressions are assessed, and a physical analysis is completed.
