When inspected this looked as though it had never been used. It looked like it had never been taken out of the box. However this was taken out of the packaging to make sure that it worked. Once this was taken this out of the packaging and inspected the tires showed no signs that this had been run. However they do show some signs of use since this was tested to make sure that it worked. This was charged, powered on and tested to make sure that it worked. Once it was tested the only reason we thought this was in a pallet lot sale, is because the packaging was damaged. This works excellent. There is nothing on this that is broken. This comes with only the items shown in the photos. This has been visually checked and/or tested. All the items that we sell are visually inspected. However not all items are tested. If an item is tested we will make a note of the testing and include it in the description. We sell items like this "as is" with returns accepted. If you should receive your item and you feel that it is not as described, please, before opening a case or leaving less than positive feedback, send us an e-mail. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you live. UPS ground does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes. Hawaii, Alaska are excluded from shipping.
