This is a grand statement watch. When wound, it keeps good time. Just be sure not to over-wind. You are sure to get attention with this one. I've always liked being an individualist...and if you are like-minded, you'll surely love this watch. You won't likely see anyone else wearing one. And as time passes, they will become more and more hard to find. May I add that watch repair is also getting harder to find and extremely expensive due to the rarity and expertise of these craftsmen and women. I hope this will adorn the wrist of someone who will love it as much as I do...and continue the journey through future generations! I did not wind to ship. Ticking sound could scare postal workers. :) again, I emphasize don't over wind. It's a fate of many beautiful vintage watches.
