In addition to the U.S. government, N.S. Meyer contracted with many foreign governments within the Western Hemisphere for their insignia needs. These items are NEW old stock cleared from the factory when it was liquidated. All are between 40 and 60 years old, still on their maker cards, and are UNUSED. They are as bright and pretty as the day they were made! These were difficult to photograph as they are still very shiny with their heavy plating. These beautiful pins were made for the Venezuelan National Guard Academy personnel for use on the lapels of their uniform tunics. Each is 1" tall, nicely plated with great detailing and hard enamels. Looking at the cards and fasteners, I judge these to have been made in the 1940's. You will receive ONE PAIR of these as shown. Interestingly, this is still the crest of the National Guard Academy.
