Description: Very rare 1870's Stereoview of Elevated New York Railroad. This was a Frank E. Capewell advertising stereoview card. Capewll was a jeweler and optician, as well as a dealer in musical instruments and fixtures of all kinds, sheet music, instruction books, etc. In addition, agent for Davis' Sewing Machine, Rooms in Masonic Hall Block, Torrington, Conn. This stereoview measures approximately 7" x 3 1/2". Bottom right corner has chipped off but does not interfere with image. See photos for condition. All sales to U.S. address only.
