Description: Very Rare Large Antique Hand Made Toy Inuit Child's Kayak Canoe DESCRIPTION: Scans show it all. A very rare original, toy kayak. This hand made child's toy was very likely made by a father for his young child!! EXTREMELY WELL MADE. Let me know if any questions.I have included a variety of scans and perspectives to illustrate the details of this. Hand stitching was very carefully done, with very small stitches. Also has interesting white bead decoration on the top. Also shows the circle where the person would sit. This has a great look and shows significant age, possibly as much as 150 - 200 years old.Measures about 19" long, 1 1/2" high, and 2" wide in the widest mid section part. A great addition to any collection of Inuit items. Amazing to still find such a fragile item. Looks like something that should be in a museum or part of a serious collection.Good condition overall. Has a couple of small holes and a split on the surface in one spot where it looks like the stitching let go. However, not bad defects considering its age and fragile construction!! PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS!!! SHIPPING TERMS:Buyer pays $22.50 shipping and insurance.
