Description: Very Rare Arcadian China WW1 Vase. Japan Declares War On Germany. Ex Cond.. This is a super rare item. As I’m sure you’re aware the Japanese were allies of the British, French and Russians in the Great War. They declared war on Germany on the 23rd August 1914 and this vase is commemorating and celebrating that event, with the statement: War Edition A.D. 1914. It’s in superb condition with a beautiful, bright ‘Land of the Rising Sun’ crest. It is small measuring approximately 2” tall and 1.5” wide.
