Description: This rare Fenton courting lamp was first produced in 1963 and was available as an oil lamp. This lamp is fitted with an electric cord and bulb so it can be used with electricity. It can be converted back to oil if desired with an appropriate burner purchased separately. For its age it is in excellent condition considering that the prongs of the light could have damaged the shade when the shade was removed. I see (shown in pictures) some very slight chipping on the inside base of the shade and, in place, not noticeable. The prongs of the "burner" were covered with tape to prevent damage to the shade. The glass handle is an amber color and also in good condition. There are lots of pictures and ask questions if the pictures don't answer your questions. Thanks for looking !!!Ships to continental US only.
