Description: This is an overall Very Good++ Condition (Some would call it Like New condition, but not me) 10/1980 SOVIET LIFE with almost the entire issue having Final Scores & Day by Day reports of the 1980 Moscow Olympics that the USA boycotted, leading the USSR to boycott the Los Angeles 1984 Olympics. I couldn't find the word "Afghanistan" anywhere in the issue, and the USSR went out of its way to welcome US tourists to Moscow, even if they couldn't get US visas due to the boycott. A bunch of pages are devoted specifically to US visitors. The period bikini bottoms (shown in a couple of the pics) the Italian men wore are worth the price of this issue alone. _________________________________FREE Domestic Insured Economy Shipping.
