Each page folds out and measures 15 3/4". Very nice clean condition. Seal is unbroken. A few light smudges on the covers. A little edge/corner wear on the covers as well. The seal is unbroken, so it has NOT BEEN OPENED. The inside page pictures revealed are from a previous one sold, hence it was already open. I used those pics to show what this one was like, since this seal is is not broke. The pics of the front and back covers are from this book tho.
