LABELED ON THE INTERIOR WITH A WONDERFUL PURPLE SILK LABEL CONDITION: WAISTBAND WAS REINFORCED WITH A SMALL LENGTH OF SILK GROSGRAIN ON EACH SIDE OF THE REAR. THERE IS A GROUPING OF SURFACE PIN PRICKS AT THE BOTTOM CENTER REAR JUST ABOVE THE RUFFLE, POSSIBLY FROM ATTACHING A SASH. THERE IS AN INNER RUFFLE LINING THE INNER HEM THAT IS UNSEEN WHEN WORN WITH PORTIONS MISSING AND SHOWS SMALL SPLIT FRAYS AND HOLES.
