Description: This is a pre-owned Villeroy & Boch "LE BALLON" 8 Inch Salad Plate. It is a floral hot air balloon from the watercolor art of Jean A. Mercier. Some of the colors are blue, violet, green, yellow, and pink. Plate reads" "FLORJANE survolant COPENHAGUE". There is a small numeral three under the word "COPENHAGUE". The plate has a glossy finish and a light grey band going around it. The back has information about the plate stamped on. There are small scratches that I found on the front of the plate that are on the white area from utensil use. I have attempted to show close-ups. I would say the scratches are less than one-sixteenth of an inch. There is sticker residue on the back appearing under the lettering. I washed it in mild soap and water and a sponge. I did not want to scratch it - leaving removal to the buyer. Please view all photos provided as they are a part of the item description.
