Description: Here is a vintage 10 inch Cook-Rite ceramic pie plate or baking dish. The dish measures 10 inches in diameter and is about 1 1/2 inches deep. The bottom of the plate has the name Cook-Rite Cookware and U.S. patent information. The plate is believed to date from the early 1900s. The yellow ceramic bottom shows dirt from normal use and some light dirt on the glazed surface inside the bowl. There is a small chip on the inside rim. No other cracks or damage noted.
