The sapphires appear to be synthetic. The inside of the band has a carat mark weighing approximately 3.4 grams total weight. The damaged diamond measures approximately 4mm long by 4mm wide. This ring is a size 5. This item is previously owned and being sold as found due to the main diamond has a chip as shown in many photos - Please speak with jeweler as the diamond needs replaced.
