I could not find a date per se but on the bolt page it has "Standard list adopted and effective, Nov. 1st, 1912. There is also a typed sheet loose in the catalog that has some updated prices effective 2/1/18. So the catalog is after 1912 but before 1918. Our Own Hardware started in 1913 and as it is catalog Number 3. It could be from 1916. The catalog measures 9 and 1/2 inches by 11 and 7/8 inches. It has 237 pages. The cover is loose from the rest of the book. It is in good plus condition with some dogearing in the lower right hand corner. I combine shipping on multiple purchases.
