It is curled and tiny tears appear around the edges (see photos). Full color, highly detailed maps. Larger map (3' x 5') is torn on the panel where it attaches to the book, and there are tears along some of the folds between panels. The smaller map (2.5' x 4.5') is in perfect condition; however it is no longer attached to the book. F1
