Description: This has been cleaned and the mechanism has been lubricated with synthetic clock oil. The lighter looks great and it sparks as it should. The "dip wand" may need new wick material to hold much fluid. I have not tested it with lighter fluid but it should work with no issues. The top chrome part has some scratches which I tried to show close up in the sixth and seventh pictures. I am by no means a lighter expert so please ask questions if I left out something important.
