Description: Vintage 1930s Copper Bee Hive Kettle With Blue Whistling Bird. Please see condition issues below. This is a wonderful beehive kettle with a whistling blue bird to indicate that the water is boiling. The kettle is solid copper and the bird and handle are painted blue. The base reads "Solid copper, Made in USA." It measures approximately 7" high to the top of the handle, and about 7" in diameter. All is in working condition. The blue bird whistles, and the kettle has no holes or leaks. It has a dent on either side, and the spout is dented in. The blue bird has lost some of its color, as well. Nice patina to the copper.
