Vintage 1930's - WW2 Era Jean Allen Brown Felt Cap / Hat w Loops

Description: This cute hat is made from brown felt, it has loops around the front and loopy pom poms on the sides, some loops need to have a stitch or two to put them into place. It sits on the crown of the head and will fit all. You'll need a hat pin to hold it in place. Thank you for looking at my auction.
